No PMs until x no. of posts

Hoping this is simple...

I need to restrict new members from PMs until they have posted at least 5 times on the forum. Having a problem with spammers at the moment so hoping to get this done quickly!

Is there a mod I need or is this already controllable via the admincp?

Cyb advanced forum permissions based on post count?
