I find vBulletin is way better than UBB (And faster :D), but I need a "Public Displayed Name" hack so a user can use a login name such as jbloggs and his name on the forums would be "Joe Bloggs".

Any hacks that can do this for me :confused:

I think this was suggested before, so I'll just post what the solution was..

Change the custom title, in the templates to Public Name, and in the postbit template, change the title to look like the username, and remove the username varible from the template completely...

Hope I made myself clear.....

You can always add custom profile fields for this use.
