how to put gender?

how can i put gender selection on registration?

and how could i set if a female member got required post will change rank to female rank?

coz right now igot for male and some of my grl members uses the one for male....:((

You would use promotions to move users from one group to another after a certain number of posts. The user must login after they have the correct number of posts in order for the promotion to run and move them to the correct usergroup.
