Logging in issues
 
We just installed the 4.0 and now several of our members are having logging in issues, some can't altogether, and others have to keep logging in.

We have had them clear their cookies/cache, but still have the problems. Any suggestions?

I think the salt changed for 4.0.1, so you will need to update your templates.

Try this:
Create a new style with no parent:
  • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
  • Parent Style: No Parent Style
  • Title: Default vBulletin
  • Allow User Selection: Yes
  • Save
Set it to default and have users login using this style - do you still have the same problem?
