how do i set up a moderator

hi, i ve just upgraded from smf to vb 4.0.1 and want to be able to moderate all posts etc.

when i click on moderate posts there are none.

can you explain what settings i need to change so as to be able to see all new posts etc to moderate

ACP==>forum & moderators==>forum manager==>add moderator(to your right)
