postbit legacy avatar and post count easy question

Look on any of our forum threads at www.brotherhoodofgamers.com

You will notice the avatar is at the bottom under the awards and the usergroup rank image.
What code do I need to move around in postbit_legacy template and WHERE DO I PUT IT so that avatar shows on top of all the other stuff in posts on the left side?

Also I want to not display posts count in my forum posts, how do I disable that as well?
