Possible to require registered users to accept new rules of forum prior to posting?
 
I couldn't seem to get the search box to work for me so I am going to go ahead and post this up.

My site has come up with a new set of site rules that we want all users to have to agree to prior to being allowed access back to the site. This goes for all current registered users as well as new users from here on out. I am unsure how to create this or if it is indeed possible?
