Find out who approved new users?

is there any way to find out who approved a new user?

I've been getting a bit of spam lately, and we only have three users who can approve new joiners...

None of us remember accepting the spam ones, so it's a bit of a mystery..

I'm thinking either one of our passwords has been compromised, or they have worked out a way around the 3.6.8 security...

Any help appreciated (maybe there is a mod that I can't find that will store the 'approver' name).

More on this... I'm getting spam from 'users awaiting moderation'....

Any help? I'm assuming that I have something wrong in the groups to allow this and will double check.

Check your forum permissions for that group and make sure you have them set how you want them.

As for who approved users, it should be in your Logs > Control Panel Logs

Thanks for this. I've added myself so I can see the log, but can't seem to work out which is a 'add new user' approval...

Any help anybody so I can narrow it down (what I'm trying to work out is who did the new user approval and from what IP)..

Best thing to do is test it. Create a new user, approve it, look in the logs and see what it says.
