Register Problem....
 

it's not letting anyone register on my site. When ppl try to register they put the birthday info in then hit next it's the rules where they ask to check the box if u agree to the rules then they hit next and get this error
"You have left a required field blank."

Anyone know how to fix this?

also,

I checked to see if it was the skin giving me the problem, but it's not. This happens on the default skin too.

I also tried re-uploading the register.php file and over writing it and again nothing..

Anyone have and idea's what might be causing this?

I also tried disabling the mods still nothing

I had no problem getting past those first two pages. I hate to ask this, but are they sure they're checking the box?
