How can I recover Widgets

I had to delete the CMS and re install it in vB4.0.1. Now the only widget showing is the menu widget. Does anyone know how I can recover the other widgets that came with vB?

OR Can anyone get my CMS restored back to it's original layout, with widgets, for me?
