Styles in 4.0

Sorry if I'm being dumb but I've been searching for ages and can't find anything on your site... I have upgraded from 3.8 to 4.0 and I'm in shock about how different everything is, and I'm trying hard to learn how the new styling works but can't find any manual or help. The manual on your site is still the 3.8 manual. How do I learn how to style in 4.0?
