Need Help Moving Blocks and Modules

Hi everyone. I need help on how to move around certain modules. I also would like to know how do I customize it as for as graphics goes. Does that make sense?

Blocks and modules in vB3? There aren't any default blocks and modules in default vB3. If you are talking about vBadvanced, please post on their site for help.
