Thread title pictures
 

Hello everyone,

Firstly sorry if this is the wrong section. I'm after a mod that allows moderators to add a small picture to the title of a given thread to show that the board staff have given their seal of approval to this certain topic. Here's a rough idea of what i mean if i haven't been clear enough:

There may very well be a mod that already exists to do this, i have had a search but have had no sucsess. If anyone does know of an existing one could you please post a link.
