vb.org Archive - Custom Page with headers.

I've been looking for the answer to this for a while now. I can only find a complete guide on this for vB4... but I need this for vB3.8.4.

I've been to hundreds of other sites and forums and they're ALL using the EXACT same copied and pasted tutorial on how to create a custom page... but none of them ever explain anything further.

I want to use my tcat's headers so I can have a better formatted page. Right now it's nothing but text, but want the titles to look just like my forums.

I asked this one vbulletin.com's forums yesterday and still haven't gotten an answer, so can anybody help, please?
