encoding problem
 
How can i extract the last topics of vbullein. I tried to extract rows from its table but i get them in incorrect encoding (i mean i don't get exactly what i want , i get باز شدن فروشگاه سایت not باز شدن فروشگاه سایت). when vbulletin itself show thread it does not have any problem!what can i do ?
