RSS feed duplicate problem
 
Users are reporting duplicate posts through the RSS feed. vBulletin staff doesn't seem to answer questions at vBulletin.com. Does anybody know a workaround to this problem?

vBStaff answer support tickets. If they have time, then they go through the forums. Did you put in a support ticket?

No. I will do that. In the parlance of ITIL I'm seeking "self help" right now and it would just be nice if this was in a KEDB. I'll do that if nobody has seen a workaround.
