Logo design and icon set

Could some please make me a logo like this one down below please but in red
top saying ...Mod of Thailand

bottom saying ... Source For Extreme Overclocking

also icon set please in red and i would like it to glow

i tried ... i dnt knw the font used ... i'm beginner so i dn't think its the best u can get ...
