Forum Search non-vB page
 

I'm trying to create a non-vB page that searches the forum threads.

my page is located outside my forum directory.

i am on the newest patch of vB4.

I've read the article for creating vB pages in vB3, but things didn't seem to be the same in vB4.

ALL i am trying to put on a non-vB page is a search box. Simply adding the code returns a security token error.

Do i need to use vB templates in order to get this search working or can i simply add the token to my non-vB php page?

Creating the page is basically the same (I updated the article - it's in my profile). You will need to add a security token to the form along with the other inputs.
