Both of them, are not showing correctly. Does anybody knows where is mistake in code?

In what way are they not showing correctly? How did they look in 3.8 and how are they looking in 4.0?

in 3.8 it was one table,
in 4 it's problems with corners, graphics...
by the way... i changed it for another bbcode:
