Registered users error

When I view the usergroup permissions in ACP I have 1480+ registered users. When I view the memberlist under community, I have only 567+ members. How can I get them to sync up and show the same or closer to the same?

Do you have it set to only show members on the memberlist with over xx amount of posts? (vboptions > user listing options)
