condition $foruminfo[title]

Hi, can somebody please help me change the following code to make it compatible with vb 4 for use in the navbar template.

HTML Code:

<if condition="($foruminfo[title] == '')">

<h1>$foruminfo[title]</h1>

<p>$foruminfo[description] $threadinfo[title]</p>
