Copy Quick Navigation to Navbar

I wonder if anyone would be willing to template modification or just reply to this thread with instructions on how to do this.

At the bottom of forumdisplay.php, there is a dropdown menu called Quick Navigation. I think this is one of the most useful features, and I would like to make this a tab on the Navbar. Can anyone tell me what to copy, and where to paste it to make this work on the Navbar? Would be GREATLY appreciated.
