How to put banner here?
 

I have a banner I want to put just above the "photo" category after they click on that forum to see the threads. Not on the home page, but above just that forum.

Insert the code on the album.php page, I'd assume.

I'm also trying to figure out how to put a banner under the first post in a new thread for only guests and in only one forum id.
