statistics for user

Good morning,
i've installed VB4 with PL1 and i've seen that the statistics for user connect or the total user that has connected with the site ar not how that i've ever seen around.
someone can say to me why there are inly two windgets to see how many users are on line and not the total of the day or other similar statistics that are really frequent in the site around.
i hope to have said all as well .
