Can anyone tell me if the 'article' and 'blog' blocks is by default on 4.0
See here for an example. I've seen a few sites with it.

I realize the sidebar is default (right or left), but I wasn't for sure if their are options of what to put in them.

If not, is there a hack? I didn't see any.

For the blocks on the forum home page:
vboptions > forum sidebar > set those to what you want
forums & mods > forum blocks > add the blocks you want

Aaaah, Didn't go far enough.
You have to click on "add new blocks" and this will bring up the pre-made blocks.
