Move register and login to right

Can any body help out. I can figure out how to move the register and hel;p links in the header to the right like they have on vbulletin.com

This is how it is

Are you running the latest copy of vB4? If so revert your header template :)

It is my but the registration is on the left. If you switch the launguage to chinese you will see what it does. Thats what I want as default.

Switched to chinese, login looks the same as english except for the missing Register translation. :|

I dont understand. On the first pic above the registration help etc are justified by the logo. In the second one they are justified to the right away from the logo what do you see?
