Big Problem Help Please

When Our Users Posting Something They Got Flood Page.I Tried To Rrebuil Thread Information But I Got FLood Erorr There Too as u can see in the picture.I Am Using Version 3.7.2 Patch Level 2 & My Friend Told Me To Upgrade my vbuletin.I did it but flood page is also coming in Version 3.8.4.What Shuold I do Please Help Me :eek::eek:

Problem Solved I Diable My " Automatic Thread Tagger " Plugin and flood problem is gone
