How do I exclude forum ids from New Forum posts Widget

I asked this on VB.com, but along with lots of other posts of mine, it disappeared..

So could anyone help here.

We have forum ids excluded from New posts etc, but wish to exclude forum id's from The New Forum Posts Widget
