New Threads on Homepage, Like YAHOO or AOL.com Headlines?
 
How can we format the "new threads" on the homepage to look like news headlines?
Something like you would see on Yahoo, AOL and other news sites

I assume you mean a news ticker? There is one available, but it works with RSS. So it ignores permissions and just shows what guests can see.
