Public Usergroup Password

A MOD to set a Public (Joinable) Custom Usergroup to either use a "Join group" or a "Password to Join Group" option to save allot of micro-management for the Usergroup leaders and or the admin.

Noticed allot of users after using the "Join group" on Restricted Public (Joinable) Custom Usergroups are having to wait forever for the Usergroup leader or admin to approve their join requests.

Anyways, that's the idea. Hope someone can make this, no idea why its not in vB by default.
