Navigation Bar - Banner URL Links

I have a few questions with the new 4.0

1- How do i edit the nav bar? currenty the "Forums" button does not send my site to the forums page.

I get this error if i click the "Forums" link now

2- My banner links to that same error page as well. How do i change the banners link URL?

Step by step would also be nice, this new 4.0 bulletin has got me all crazy with the stylevar
