for wordpress, we use this: http://www.mailchimp.com/ ... we have a complete integration with WPMU, so i suppose it's possible to do the same for vBulletin.

The free version only allows up to 500 subscribers. Do you use a paid version?

we use mailchimp - highly recommend them :up:

if you have a large membership contact mailchimp directly and they will offer you a competitive price
