Got problem in internet explorer

hello every one i have a problem in my internet expolrer thread not posted in orginal words
i mean to say when ever my user post a new thread in other lang the words are not the same after posting the posting change the words but when we open same thread in safri they are same as posted . i attached images so plz have a look and tell me ho to fix this problem ( i try with disable plugins via config.php but still the same )

Thanks for reply i post it on vbulltien.com and also submit a spourt ticket but still waiting for some one who can help me to fix it and yeha i also submit in vb bug section but no responce hope some will take it seriously
