Upgrading event forums mod for vb4

I'm not sure how to do this however within this thread:https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...forums&page=48

For event forums quite a few folk are willing to make donations for this mod to be converted to work with vb4, I'm one of those people who would donate.

I see someone has offered $100 and another member has offered a reward which again I will also offer a reward.

Is anyone willing to or capable of upgrading this mod?
