Block sig lines from usergroup

Is there a way to prevent a single usergroup from being able to see the signature lines of other members?

I have a usergroup for younger members that locks them out of OT and such for a safer forum experience but some of the sig lines get a bit dicey, I'd like to prevent that usergroup from being able to see them.

Thanks.

ETA: Is there a similar feature for avatars?
