Thread Rating Issue

So I upgraded to 3.8.4. I also reverted all my templates that I use to match with the most up to date ones. When I did that my thread ratings system got messed up. If no one has rated the thread you can rate it no problem. But as soon as it gets one rating when you open the thread it shows the rating and then when you click on the drop down box to rate it says you have already rated the thread.
