PHP 5.1.6 and VB 4.0

I am sorry if this was asked again. I am ready to upgrade my forum (I bought Suite) to ver 4.0. However, I realized that I have PHP 5.1.6 and it says that ver 4.0 will require 5.2. Any of you know if 5.1.6 will suffice?

No, 5.1.6 will no suffice. You must upgrade your php to at least 5.2
