BBcode - quote external site, similar to quote BBcode

Well, I'd like to have external quote, that looks just like quote BBcode.

So, you use something like [equote=someone;www.somesite.com]qoute[/equote]

The result would be

Quote:
"Someone" said: (Someone is a link to www.somesite.com)
quote

Something like that. I don't know how to do that, please help.
