vBulletin 4.0 theme for 3.8

I would love to use the 4.0 default theme for the last version of 3.8. Has anyone done this or could someone do this? Think of this as practice for you skin coders.

Yes there is several hacks to give vb3 the look of vb4 but not totally but very close.
