Possible to set "automatic" password for a particular board?
 
Hello

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.?

I have 3.8.0 Beta and I am trying to set an "automatic password" to one of the boards?
What I got now is forumers PMing me asking me for the password and then I would PM them back with the same password over and over again. After doing this over 1000 times I can't anymore. Too time consuming and a never ending job.

Any advice?

Why use passwords when there are forum permissions. Safer that way to prevent people from using sharing the pw with random people.

The problem I have is that I have 10 boards and they are all registered members in the registered users group.

I want only 30% of all registered members of my forum to gain access to just 1 board so need some kind of access code, permisssion code? something that will only allow this 30% of those registered users in that 1 particular board.

Anymore tips? I am at a complete loss.

Where do I start? Forums and moderators in admin CP?
