Moved out of Graphics forum.

Create a new style with no parent:
  • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
  • Parent Style: No Parent Style
  • Title: Default vBulletin
  • Allow User Selection: Yes
  • Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

PHP Code:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

I don't have msn and only do help in these forums.

I don't suppose you turned it off in UserCP > Edit Options > Enable Private Messaging.

ok break through its only for me....

somthing on my acount must be messed any idea what it is?

Lynne 12-18-2009 02:22 AM

Well, is it only *your* account, or any user in your usergroup (Administrators). If it's just you, then I'd say it's a setting in your User CP like I said above. If it's everyone in your usergroup, then I'd say it's something in your Usergroup Manager (did you set the number of messages allowed to 0 which means 0, not unlimited).
