GrooveShark and/or TinySong

Any one working on a mod for Grooveshark and/or TinySong to look up a song and have it attached to a post?

If not, can anyone point me in the direction of a decent 'tutorial' or documentation on how to write an active plug in? Most of my vBulletin stuff is just template, direct code modification or BB Code additions.
