Footer shows up twice! How do I fix it?

Here is an example.. http://www.brotherhoodofgamers.com/forums.php that's my forums index page, if you scroll to the bottom of the site, my footer shows up twice on the bottom of the site.

But for example on my homepage at www.brotherhoodofgamers.com my footer doesnt show up twice, how do I fix this??
