2 background images

Hello,

Does anyone know how to add 2 background images behind the forums? I have accomplished something like this using z-index for wordpress themes, but having trouble with VB

I am experimenting on 4.0

what I want to do, is have a repeat x and y tiled background, and then an image centered over the top of it just behind the forums and not in the "body" part of the forums.
