Need help Rss

Hello, I'm a licensed system.
I want to do automatic updates of the RSS have the option in Control Panel but can not arrange the details.
Can anyone give me a picture of his forum so I will see how fix it?

The problem that the system shows me:

What's the problem here?

Doing a search in these forums for "fsockopen" gives me several posts including this - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost....20&postcount=2

Well then I guess the solution is the same:
