Replace URLs?
 

How do I make it so if a member posts a url from one site, it replaces it with another?

so say somebody posts

http://www.fake.com/forum it replaces to https://vborg.vbsupport.ru
http://www.party.com/mods it replaces to http://www.vbulletin.org/mods
http://www.styles.com/templates it replaces to http://www.vbulletin.org/templates
http://www.computers.com/graphics it replaces to http://www.vbulletin.org/graphics

and so on. How can I do this?
