How to add home, blog, etc in Nav bar?

I just installed and even though I flagged the CMS as being the homepage, I only have the forum tab in the nav. How to I show "home" and "blog" in the nav?

You need to turn on your products/modifications. You've got them off. (Or rather, just turn on the CMS and Blog products.)
