Where can I find this reputation add-on

I have noticed on a few forums little green dots under usernames that represent how much reputation the user has. Where can I find this add-on? An example is at s197forums.com

Obvious troll is obvious. Either you have no vBulletin and ask this question or you do and use an older version. Either way, pointless question as it's built into vB like the above said.
