Parent and child to end up at the same loaction

Hello everyone,

I am new to all this stuff, so I need some help.

I would like "Latin America" and child "Brazil" to have the same f=XX

So, if someone clicked either one of them they would end up at the same place.

The attachment below details how they are displayed on the home page.
