Block users who disallow cookie storage?
 

I am curious to know if there is anything out there I can use to block users who block my sites cookie from being stored?

I ask this because I own a poker staking site and occasionally I get a bad egg that feels it is easier to just steal a stakers money then to play the game and try to make a profit. These users are getting increasingly smarter and harder to keep out of the forum which then hurts both the members and the site since they have figured out how to change their DNS settings and block permanent cookies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also if I posted this in the wrong section my apologies in advance just seemed like the most relevant spot since I am currently running version 3.8.1
